1. Send a deletion request

To request deletion of personal information held by Horde Inc., including information associated with a Horde Inc. service or TheCollectibles.io, email legal@hordeinc.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request.”

1. Identify the app, website, or service your request concerns.
2. Send your request from the email associated with your account where possible, or provide your account identifier.
3. State whether you want your entire account and associated information deleted, or only particular personal information.

Do not send your password, full payment card details, or identity documents with your initial request. You may also contact us by post at the address below.

2. What happens next

We will identify the relevant service and may ask for proportionate information to verify account ownership. Following verification, we will process the request and explain any lawful exceptions. A request for account deletion concerns the account and its associated personal information, not merely temporary deactivation.

We will confirm the applicable timeline and respond within legally required periods. Where information is handled by providers on our behalf, the request will include relevant provider-held information as required.

3. Information that may be retained

Some information may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, or the resolution of disputes. Where an exception applies, we will explain which categories are retained and the reason and applicable retention period or criteria. Retained records are restricted to those purposes.

For this corporate website, retained information may include relevant correspondence, records of privacy requests, and technical security records. Information held by a separate platform depends on that service and should be described in its privacy notice.

4. Subscriptions and app accounts

Deleting an app from your device does not itself delete an account or cancel a subscription. If you have a subscription billed by Apple or Google, manage cancellation through your store account. Mention any active subscription in your request so its handling can be clarified.

This public contact route is available without signing in to the corporate website. It does not replace a mobile app’s own account-deletion controls.
