These terms apply to Horde Inc.’s corporate website. Separate platforms, mobile apps, and transactions have their own applicable terms.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Horde Inc., 2810 N Church St STE 90840, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Email: legal@hordeinc.com.

These terms govern your use of the Horde Inc. corporate website. They do not replace a separately agreed contract or service-specific terms for TheCollectibles.io or another Horde Inc. platform. If you do not agree to these website terms, please do not use the website.

2. Corporate information

The website describes our trading card platform development and collectible card portfolio activities for general information. Website descriptions are not an offer to sell a card, subscription, security, or financial product and do not create a contract for services.

Information about collectibles is not investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Collectible card values can change and depend on factors such as condition, authenticity, demand, and market liquidity. No return, value, or future performance is promised.

3. Permitted use

You may access this website for lawful personal and business information purposes. You must not interfere with its availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful way.

You may link to public pages in a manner that does not imply an endorsement or misrepresent your relationship with Horde Inc.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, and other content are owned by Horde Inc. or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business reference, preserving applicable notices. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission or another legal basis.

References to trading cards or third-party brands do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with their publishers or rights holders.

5. Separate services and transactions

Accounts, purchases, subscriptions, marketplace activity, and mobile applications, where offered, are governed by the terms presented for the relevant service. Prices, payment terms, delivery, returns, cancellation rights, and any platform-specific rules must be provided for that service or transaction.

Nothing on this corporate website alters applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms, or any mandatory rights associated with purchases through those services.

6. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how this website and direct correspondence handle personal information. It is an informational privacy notice, not a blanket consent to data processing.

When contacting us, provide accurate information and only material you are authorized to share. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a confidential, advisory, or contractual relationship.

7. Availability and third parties

We aim to keep company information current but may change or remove content and may interrupt access for maintenance or other operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content.

Any third-party websites or services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

8. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horde Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and other statutory protections remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and concerns

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. We do not require mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class-action rights through these website terms.

Please contact legal@hordeinc.com with questions or concerns so we can seek to resolve them.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not change an existing separate agreement without the process required by that agreement or law.
